Professor Jacek Tabarkiewicz, M.D., Ph.D. is a prominent immunologist at the University of Rzeszów (Poland), where he leads the Human Immunology Division and Transational Medicine Lab. Having completed his medical education and both doctoral and habilitation degrees at the Medical University of Lublin, he rose to the position of director at Rzeszów’s Centre for Innovative Research. An accomplished scientist, he has authored around 190 publications, with strong citation metrics and scientific impact. His work spans tumor immunology, autoimmunity, heterotopic ossification and dendritic cell–based immunotherapies, and he has been pivotal in several clinical trials. He contributes extensively to scientific publishing and organizations and has recently been tapped as an EU expert and organizing committee member for an international immunology congress.
